Registration fees

 

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

Admission to the Conference and Exhibition (including scheduled plenary sessions, regular workshops / breakout sessions), program and abstract book, exclusive access to online content published on the IHW website, 2 lunches and all coffee breaks.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation at any stage, Bank transfer admission fee (EUR 20 / MYR 100) will not be refunded

All cancellations must be emailed prior to the deadlines below to info@ihw-conference.com

  • Cancellations received up and including January 1, 2018– full refund less EUR 35 handling fee
  • Cancellations received between January 2, 2018 and June 15, 2018 – 50% will be refunded
  • After June 15, 2018 – no refund will be made
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference

GROUP REGISTRATION

For group registration (10 participants and more) please contact the registration department at: info@ihw-conference.com

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of registration fees (in EUR and MYR) can be done during the registration process by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees. Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate (no cheques are accepted).

LETTER OF INVITATION

The organizers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation via email, once the respective registration form has been received and fees have been paid. Such an invitation is intended to help participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment to provide any financial support. Applications have to be received by the conference secretariat before August 25, 2018:  info@ihw-conference.com Visa refusal is no reason for refund.

INSURANCE

In registering for the IHW Conference, delegates agree that the organization is not responsible for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are requested to organize appropriate travel and health insurance themselves.
The organizers can not accept any liability for changes in the program due to external circumstances.
